A2 Biotherapeutics provided November 3 follow-up from two small, open-label solid-tumor CAR-T studies. A complete response in one non-small-cell lung cancer patient on EVEREST-2 remains ongoing beyond 12 months; DENALI-1 reported one anal-cancer complete response and one head-and-neck partial response. The responses themselves had been reported earlier; longer follow-up and fuller cohort counts are the material update.<\/p>\n

EVEREST-2 enrolled 16 patients by September 1: 13 received A2B694 and three received IL-12-boosted A2B543. Among 13 evaluable A2B694 patients, one had CR, eight stable disease, and four progression. DENALI-1 had 11 treated and nine efficacy-evaluable patients by August 21; best responses were one CR, one PR, five stable disease, and two progression. Company-reported safety includes no dose-limiting toxicities to date, but one grade 3 ICANS in EVEREST-2.<\/p>\n
