AbbVie reported on 22 October that lutikizumab met the week-16 HiSCR75 endpoint: 31.4% of treated patients versus 23.4% on placebo (p\u22640.001). At week 8, a three-point skin-pain improvement occurred in 26.2% versus 15.0%; flare incidence through week 16 was 18.4% versus 28.1%. Serious adverse events were 3.0% versus 2.9%.<\/p>\n
