Among nine efficacy-evaluable patients, five had stable disease and two progressed. No graft-versus-host disease, ICANS, dose-limiting toxicity, IEC-HS-like syndrome, or fatal adverse event was reported; two patients had resolving Grade 1 or 2 cytokine-release syndrome. The cases provide early human proof of concept for an HLA-loss logic gate, but do not establish response frequency, durability, or broad solid-tumor efficacy.<\/p>\n<p>The primary corporate release was published September 15, 2026 without a visible publication time and recovered on September 16 at approximately 8:21 a.m. Eastern.
