The release separately confirmed that the planned prula-cel lupus analysis covers 22 patients with at least six months of follow-up, including 13 with at least 12 months; those data remain a future catalyst and are not reported here as a readout.<\/p>\n<h4>Deep Analysis<\/h4>\n<p>A gamma-delta allogeneic product and an in-vivo platform could address manufacturing time, donor variability and scalability through complementary approaches, and IND clearance establishes that ADI-212&#8217;s initial package was sufficient to begin human testing. Regulatory clearance to dose, however, does not validate tumor trafficking, persistence, antigen selectivity or efficacy in prostate cancer.
