Lilly reported 52-week follow-up from two randomized, open-label Phase 3b trials pairing the IL-17A antibody Taltz with the GIP\/GLP-1 agonist Zepbound in adults with psoriatic disease and obesity or overweight. In psoriasis, 30.6% on the combination achieved complete skin clearance plus at least 10% weight loss versus 4.4% on Taltz alone.
